I really like carbon fiber. If you make something out of it, I would like to own it. I am fascinated by it's technology (how they make fibers that small is beyond me). I like it's visual appearance and depth. Since I like cars so much as well, it's always amazing to me that you can build an entire car out of the stuff.
I found it so interesting that with no real information I bought some and started playing. It took a while, but over the years I've gotten a pretty decent understanding of how to make things with it. My latest projects, sunglasses and a briefcase, are coming out pretty decent. It takes a lot more handwork when you do it without all the fancy equipment, but it's perfectly possible to make some pretty cool stuff by hand, with just a little bit of cost.
All in all, it's a very fun hobby. If you have questions, feel free to email me!
